Enjoyed Elbita's at Frieght Yard Brewery. ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS! We started with the wings, and ended with authentic cuban delicacies! Highly recommended!!

Although it was a while back, I must say I was so happy with hiring Elbita's Cocina for my wedding! They brought out the food truck to Green Lakes State Park and made sure to turn off the motor when requested, but most importantly, the food was delicious! My dream of having Puerto Rican food at my Central New York wedding came true! What I call pastelillos other people call empanadas, but regardless of what you call them, they were great! And the mini shrimp mofongo were to die for... Highly recommend!
They make amazing food. Starting with my favorite, the steak bowl they offer is an amazing dish. They put in seasoned steak and a blend of rice and beans with a signature seasoning and my favorite part being the pickled onions. That's not all they offer however. I really enjoy their honey garlic jerk chicken wings. They're a great size and the portion is plenty to share with a friend or have as your meal. My new thing is their Cuban sandwich, I like that it's a perfect size roll stuffed with ham pork swiss cheese yellow mustard and pickles. Lately I've been having them add their signature garlic cilantro seasoning to the sandwich for added spice and it amazing. I highly recommend giving them a shot
Outstanding food from this amazing food truck! The empanadas are delicious! There are many food choices to choose from. Even if it's not on the menu, Josie the owner who has her husband to assist will make it for you. Delivery is fee $5 within the Syracuse areas and suburbs. It's food that make you want more. Plus they make their own Adobe and Sanzon seasonings.
The food was so delicious, the service so professional, and I will definitely be ordering again! We were graciously gifted a dinner from Elbita's for Christmas, and it was one of the best things we received. We got more than enough food for me and my husband, and even my two littles to enjoy. I'd highly recommend the stuffed potato balls. I will definitely be ordering again, so easy and great to support a local business owner!
