A surprisingly great choice for Sunday after church. We were the only guests for about 5 minutes. Prompt, friendly service. HUGE menu -- so perfect if you like lots of choices. Big portions, reasonable prices. Very flavorful. I'm not qualified to judge authenticity, but it was much tastier than fast food and food truck experiences.
No air conditioning. No blended margaritas ! Had to eat outside because it was way to hot inside. The table was unclean. Server never checked on us. Had to beg for hot sauce. The food however was tasty. But the experience was
Decided I wanted Mexican for lunch and wanted to try something other than Chipotle. Huge menu for lunch and dinner with many options. Chose the supreme burrito with lettuce, cheese, sour cream, and tomato with beans and rice. With tax the total was a few cents over $18. Great food, clean dining area, and fast service.
My favorite Mexican restaurant in Robbinsdale, portions were good, flavors are on point, guacamole was yummy. Definitely will come back, It was so busy we didn’t even get a booth.
The food was excellent. They gave hugh proportions, we should have split! But the waitress was not good at all, she forgot things, like our tortillas for our Fajitas and my husband's refill and didn't know the menu very well. We had to flag her down many times to get her to come to our table. She was busy talking to friends. We did have other workers come and help us, and they were good. We will definitely come back for the food but a different waitress!
It's become dark and gloomy. Our server could have cared less that we were even there. She was obviously preoccupied. They got our take out order wrong. It's gotten very expensive. It's just not the fun, happy atmosphere it used to be. You can tell the employees are not there because they love it. Not like they use to. Sad experience. Use to be one of our favorite spots.
Food was wonderful, servers are kind! Only reason for the 4 stars is that the credit card machine was down and they did not accept checks so some of my party had to leave the restaurant to go to the bank. They were nice about it, it was just super inconvenient.Food: 5/5
They had karaoke sung by diners playing the whole time. Why. Service was interesting...kept switching and they didn't communicate. Food was ok. Get shrimp tostadas very good and the guacamole was tasty. Opon request for suggestion they said i should order fajitas. I think they could of offered something better. I ordered tostadas because of neighboring diners eating it and it looked good and tasted delish . These r my actual personal pics btw. Food was seasoned just ok but very fresh and pretty!
We ordered this via doordash. What was delivered was inedible. We were also missing 3 of the 4 items we wanted and the item that was sent was incomplete. We have had issues with another order in terms of quality, but we dismissed it as a one off. This is twice now and I won't be going again. This place used to be good, too!
This was my favorite place in Robbinsdale and couldn't wait to go back since they finally reopened. We went last night and service was normal and slow, but since the new owners took over all of the prices have doubled. 3 tacos are $16 for a tiny scoop of meat. Portions are half the size and they make you pay $2.00 for extra chips. I am so disappointed. Not going back anytime soon. :
