Cool spot for cocktails and grabbing a bite. Loved that the menu had tons of vegan options. We went twice during our sunshine coast getaway. Had to come back after the first time to hit happy hour which was an awesome deal. During happy hour I had the eggplant bowl and the edamame hummus. Both were tasty. The previous day I had lettuce wraps, vegan crab cakes, and fried zucchini. Fried crab cakes made from celeriac were my favorite but all the food was fresh and flavorful. Stole some skinny fries from my hubby's burger too and they were perfect McDonald's style fries
What an amazing place! Meagan took great care of us and was very knowledgeable of the menu/specials and super friendly! She was happy to answer any questions we had as well. We ordered 2 appies and 2 entrees. Every dish was elegantly presented with a high attention to detail. On top of that, everything had layer upon layer of delightfully complex flavours that literally made our tastebuds sing. A truly unique taste experience! We are from out of town but we would surely make the trip back just to visit El Segundo!
We had an incredible time at El Segundo!nThe tofu bao buns, lettuce wraps, vegan smashburger, and tofu tacos were all exceptionally flavourful and perfectly cooked. The atmosphere was lively and welcoming, and the staff was extremely friendly and attentive.nIt’s definitely a place we’d love to visit again!
The atmosphere looks good, and the service was pleasant.nnWe ordered the kombucha mule, which was delicious, and it tastes like ginger beer with pepper. I recommend it!nnThe peanut butter pie was also delectable nnThe fish tacos were okay, but missing flavor and a little dry, needs more sauace, maybe some pickled red onion.nnMy partner said he felt the price was a bit high for the 3 crispy prawn appetizers, said he won't go back.nnPlease recommend something else for us to change our minds.
