Quite good taco truck.  Al Pastor and Chorizo were excellent, as well as the hot sauce.  The tortilla was a little cold, and the onions/cilantro on the tacos were a bit skimpy.  Kid working register gave me wrong amount of change at first.  Would definitely return, though.

Who dosnt put sour cream sauce or crema sour cream on chicken enchiladas?! Plus cheese enchiladas should have queso on top not just shredded cheese. I might just be use to TexMex but was disappointed. Friend got the burritos and they were pretty good. So just keep in mind this is a fast food designed menu not to be mistaken as dinner style entrees. Guac could use some salt and portions is not worth the price.

Very good Mexican food, from an authentic west coast taco truck in Montana..  Carnitas Tacos and Carne Asada Tortas are worth at least one stop every week.  Never disappointed..

The best food in Bozeman. Large portioned dishes made with high quality ingredients and seasoned authentically. Three thumbs up!
