I did not eat any of the food here. I just wanted to share what the ambiance was like. Walked In with my family for dinner. The lights were off there are only 2-3 tables at the side and the place smelled musty. Just saw some people drinking by the bar. Did not seem like a place for a family dinner.

Got the chicken and rib combo. Came with rice, and a choice of salad or beans. Very good, and the portion was more than adequate. Very pleasant staff.
Nice staff, food was very good and much larger proportioned than you would think for the price. Puposas were like having then cooked at home, just delicious. Reminded me of a place my family would go to in Washington Heights when I was a kid. Aesthetically its humble and low key but that what I like. I will be going back.
Stopped in on a long drive home. Delicious pupusas and the woman behind the counter offered some chicken tacos to my friend and I while we waited and they were also delicious
Came here looking for the type of “Sopa De Res” that reminds me of my mothers home made soup and this place delivered right down to the Chayote. I’ve been here a few times to have the pupusas, and those are always on par with most places, you can’t really mess those up once you have a good product. The soup is very delicious and hearty 10/10 will come back here again.
I purchase a platter for $17 with whole chicken, beef rids, plantains and yellow red beans. I got home in had everything else but the rice. Rice supposed to be included. The Plantains delicious. Everything else dry meat.
Always do take out here! The food is delicious, well priced and quick to serve.
They don't call it the king of chicken for nothing. This place serves homemade meals and it's very affordable. Not a big place but if you can't fit your party then you can always order to go. The service is also outstanding.
