Came here with some friends and enjoyed our time. The place was a little quieter than I’ve seen it before, but the atmosphere was still welcoming. The Choriqueso was delicious! The cheese pull was a beauty to behold. The chorizo huarache was really good as well! The food is a little on the expensive side, but the quality and flavour make it worth it.
Great place with really good nearby parking and a tough to choose menu! I tried the 4 pork tacos - all delicious and very filling. Authentic place, and there’s even a little market corner in the back for some of your favourite Mexican groceries. Thanks for the great lunch!
The food and drinks were delicious! They have a little shop inside and you can buy spices, salsa, guacamole, hot sauce, Mexican foods. I found a guacamole salsa mix that I've been searching for and couldn't find anywhere. I was very excited.nQuick food service.
The word to describe is: authentic. Food is awesome, portions are generous and the prices are very reasonable. In all aspects this restaurant is much better than many, more renowned, places in Edmonton.nnPD: before ordering, they gave chips and salsa for free.
Came for the $2 tacos on Tuesday and enjoyed all the flavours. Definitely a bang for your buck considering 4 fish tacos came out to be $18.50 but 7 tacos off the socials was just $15. They are also decently sized to eat quite a bit.nnThey had a great selection of sauces to accompany the tacos as well. The two green sauces were my favourite.nnThe atmosphere felt “playfully Mexican” to put it. There was so much art and character to every piece of furniture in the room. Was so nice to see how thoroughly decorated the place was.nnAnd their vegetarian options were insanely good, especially the potato one Papa a la Mexicana. And other favourites were the asada, desebrada, Picadillo, chorizo, pastor, and all the vegetarian options.nnTheir service was okay, decently quick.
