Very nasty food. I ordered the chicken grande and it was so dry and gross, I thought I was eating chicken bones. It used to be good, but the last three times we ate here, it’s been sub-par service and low quality food. Big lake needs a new Mexican restaurant
We stopped going due to the poor service and how long it took to get food. Tonight we were craving chips and salsa and decided to give it a try again since it’s been months! Looks like there is new staff since the last time we have been here. The service and food was wonderful! Will definitely be back again.
Amazing amazing food and service. Very friendly, went above and beyond. Nice ambience and clean. Also best fries and shrimp quesadillas I've ever had. Hope to come back very soon.Food: 5/5
Service was very slow, and we were literally the only group there at 7pm on a Sunday. They also forgot the beans that came with my order, and the waitress said she would bring them and never did. She did offer me a discount when I questioned her about the beans when the check came. Overall not impressed.
Didn't get what I ordered Wanted a burrito, got an enchilada. Didn't want to wait for the right thing, so ate the enchilada. Waitress never offered to fix the problem. Last time we ate there it was awesome. Not sure why it changed, maybe just a miscommunication, but I have had better.Food: 3/5
Most of the food tastes good, but good luck getting what you ordered! I have been there a total of 4 times. The first time was perfect -- and then it's gone downhill from there. I have had everything from missing tortillas for the fajitas, they give you the ingredients to assemble yourself... oops no tortilla to flat out giving you the wrong order. Tonight I ordered the fajitas which are my favorite... and I received a tin that to my surprise contained solely a small quesadilla of some sort. Thankfully I had ordered through GrubHub and they're taking care of me with a refund, but that really rubbed me the wrong way to order a full meal and get a piddly appetizer of a meal. 1 star accuracy in getting your food to you, 3 star food. It averages out to 2. I will not be back after this last episode, that was a mistake too far for even the fairly tolerant me.
I showed up at 630 pm on a Monday the it was not busy and plenty of workers but the service was so slow if you got any at all. The food was eatable but nothing was great. Also they charge and extra $1.50 if u pay with a card but don't tell u that until they already run your card. I will never come here again.

Went there with my family last night. I wish I could give it 0 stars! We sat down no one came to our table for 10-15 min to get us drinks or chips and salsa not busy we then ordered our food it came out my husband got the completely wrong meal and they had to re make it. We then started to eat it was some of the worst food I have ever eaten. We ate a few bites and got up to leave as no one had come to even check on us and how the food was. We paid and as we were leaving all felt sick. I would never recommend this place I will never go there again! Service horrible, food atrocious and atmosphere not even close to inviting.
Nice place, good service. I didn't care 4 the food. My chili releno was cold. Flavors weren't blended & the egg coating 2 thick. Not enough sauce. The free salsa tasted like tomato soup & the white dip tasted like pickle juice. I'd maybe try it once more & get something different, but not impressed with the food. Even the strawberry marqurita was not very tasty.
