Food was tasty, and good. It came our fresh and hot. Service was attentive. The chips could use some salt, tasted kinda bland. The salsa tasted good and fresh. The cheese dip was premium flavorful. The seasoning used on the food was not over done. The 2 person booths were very tight for a stocky person.
Planned a party for 20 people on Sunday. The staff was fantastic in accommodating a large party including two babies under 3. All the food was brought out at the same time, everything was hot and delicious. Our server was on top of everything and checked back with us frequently. I would DEFINITELY plan a party there again!!! Great job everyone!!! There was even a technical problem with the credit card machine and the staff called me a few hours ahead to plan for cash only. Very impressed!!!
We drove in around 8pm to stop and eat. We were originally going to eat a Frischs big boy down the road but it was closed. Most of the restraunts on woodville rd were closed except for this one. So we figured to give this one a try. To our surprise the food was very good, we had chimichangas that were very delicious. Would definitely recommend this one
Food and drinks are always good. I'm glad covid is over and we can get regular plates and silverware. The Margarita's are awesome.Food: 5/5
They had a lot of really good food! It came out quick and hot, and we had a rather large group of people! Some of the street tacos could have used some sauce, but the corn tortillas were deliciously fresh. We had a few things not come out and some food came out with things we wanted left off. However, the server fixed it quickly and with 9 people you can't expect perfect service. Overall, we had a great time and left full. We will definitely be coming back in the future!
I used to enjoy coming here. The atmosphere is great, the building is neat, the margaritas used to be good, the food was never great, but they had a couple of stand out dishes. Now, it’s bad. Like really bad. The margaritas tasted off, like rotting fruit which is strange because I’m positive they only use bottom shelf tequila and pre-packaged margarita mix to make the drinks. No real fruit here. My last visit and I mean last, I ordered the fish taco dinner. The menu description didn’t say much but I recalled reading that they served it with a special sauce. When my meal arrived, I had a bed of meh Spanish rice with a massive heap of shredded iceberg lettuce—why are we even garnishing with this? Whether we’re eating this or just looking at it, does anybody actually enjoy this? Then there was the foil package with the tacos in it. I was so disappointed when I opened it. Two nuked flour tortillas, each with a single slab of fish, half the size in the center. That’s it. I had to ask for the special sauce. She said she doesn’t typically bring it out because it’s spicy and people don’t like it. **Red flag** I asked for it anyway because I expected some heat in a Mexican restaurant. It tasted like mayonnaise infused with some kind of chile powder. Absolutely terrible. I noticed this with other dishes around me. They were plain. Just ingredients thrown together. I guess I thought a fish taco would have some kind of mango salsa or guacamole. So many missed opportunities here. This place has become lackluster at best. There are so many other amazing Mexican restaurants in the area. I’m not wasting my time with this one anymore.
Had some street tacos and chorizo con queso. They were good. The Mango margaritas hit the spot.Dine in: YesTakeout: Yes
Good margaritas, fast and prompt service and tasty selections from a very extensive menu created a very relaxed and enjoyable experience. The restaurant is very spacious with ample parking. The menu list is reasonably priced. We didn't have any cause for complaint, all in all we had a great time.
Celebrated Cinco de Mayo as date night with hubby. Friendly staff always! Great food! Shrimp fajitas are a fave Super quick service despite how busy they were! Toledoans love El Camino Real Sky for all these reasons of course, but it's also really beautiful...a former church made of stone, handpainted murals, and a happening elevated patio.
Margarita's are great and Martin the owner is awesome!Food: 5/5
