Great place! I hope it will last longer for ever than the previous coffee shops we had in this location. I believe this is a women owned business and i loved the energy level there! Had a good coffee and gluten free dairy free pastry I keep calling them cardboard. I would recommend! #LKTG
Great little coffee shop to slow down and enjoy a morning cup of coffee. The baristas were very kind and patient.
I've been here several times and the coffee, pastry and service have always been excellent. It's quiet enough for conversation. I appreciate the "adult" atmosphere regardless of the ages of the clientele.Food: 5/5
Great coffee, but very limited hours. We can never seen to make it in time. We arrived one day five minutes before they closed and they turned us away. Sadly we don't live on the West side, so we won't be returning. EDIT: It was in fact west sideFood: 5/5
Friendly staff that promptly fulfills orders and their coffee meets, and even exceeds, my fairly strict requirements. The indoor ambiance isn't particularly remarkable, but it's warm and inviting nonetheless. However, they lose a few marks on the value side of the equation. I got two americanos and two croissants for $16 more after tip, but the pastries were not fresh-baked and were just like what you might expect from a sad visit to an airport Starbucks. I think I'd feel a lot better about these prices if the pastries were at least freshly-baked, but this is a solvable problem: Bottom line: I do recommend Einstein's Coffee for a lot of good reasons, but focus on the coffee drinks more than their food offerings.
I love this place! They have so many delicious drinks and their drip coffee is my personal favorite in town! I love how friendly the baristas are and they really do keep a nice atmosphere: the well cared for houseplants and lovely paint only add to the comfortable vibe the crew brings to the shop! I feel like I'm in a coffee shop whenever I go there
Fantastic place to get your breakfast/coffee fix. Their staff is excellent, I am in love with their one-eyed jack, and the coffee is great. Everyone has their favorite breakfast in Bend, whether the Vic, McCay's, etc - this is my spot.
First time in this coffee shop since the new owners took over. So yes, the place looks like its just opening. The owners and baristas were friendly and gave great customer service. Order was taken and made correct. I had a white chocolate cardamom coffee made with oat milk and it was fantastic! The perfect taste of the holiday season. So happy to have another option for delicious coffee and good conversations. I wish them well as they build their menu and add new items to their food offerings. I'll be telling my friends and returning soon.
I tried this place on doordash first, and the milky way mocha was AMAZING. I then had to go in and check it out and it’s so cute, everyone is so friendly, the mom and son are such a cute duo. Only place I’ve found in bend and Redmond that doesn’t burn your espresso shots. Plus- they have espresso whipped cream- a god sent. Love this place and will be a forever customer.
Oh, guys - I really wanted to like you. I’m to the point where I just feel bad for your staff. The new owner has really not set this place up for success. A lot of places in town need good help that would be less frustrating for you guys - hope you find somewhere great!! After multiple visits, I’m no longer rooting for this place to succeed. I mostly go here to buy Bend Roasting Company’s beans - their Ethiopia blend is the best I’ve had. It’s award winning, pricey but worth it. When the owner defended their no longer carrying this to me - she said it “wasn’t that popular” and repeatedly tried to talk me in to a South American variety despite me saying I prefer African varieties. Like, three times. It was really annoying. Today I tried their breakfast sandwich and it was the saddest, greasiest, gelatinous thing. I threw it away and made breakfast at home. Genuinely the worst breakfast I’ve had in Bend. The online ordering is great - but it sets a time that your team is not yet capable of meeting. I felt so bad for them scrambling to keep up with walk-in traffic and online orders. Maybe stop trying to “do it all” and work on doing it right. For now, I’ll order my beans online and give you some time to catch your breath. Bend deserves better than this place. I predict changes or they won’t be around long.
