I have nothing but good things to say about this location, i usually get breakfast 3/4 days out of the week and everytime my food & drink are great! The staff is so nice to me and they even know what i’m going to order now. Sometimes it is a bit busy in the morning’s what breakfast place isnt and they handle it with grace & are very efficient! And if you haven’t had the tasty turkey 10/10 recommend!
Love this location…mind you it’s busy a lot but that’s a good thing! If you like a place, you want it to stay open so being busy is good. The workers most of them hustle and you get out pretty quick.They try to know the regulars which is nice as well.
The people who work there were very rude. The man working was screaming at everyone who were looking to see what they want. The lady said she toasted all the bagels that I bought, when I checked after getting home she only did 2 out of the 7 I bought. Horrible service. It is obvious that a breakfast place will be busy in the morning. They need to learn how behave and serve their customers better.
Went there today for a sandwich. First time going and it will be my last. Got there and the lady was insanely rude. I then ordered the farmhouse sandwich and waited for a few minutes. The way they have you order then pay is really stupid, more efficient to order then pay at the same spot then pay a register down. The sandwich was 8 dollars and smothered in sauce. Sandwich was awful. I wish there was a way to get my money back.
Waited about 15 mins for a bagel and coffee and the store was hardly busy. 3 people working and they all seemed flustered and not knowing what they were doing. Advice to management, each team member should have their station and duties per shift and stick to them. There was a team member taking orders from where she was assembling food then I had to give my order a 2nd time to the cashier and he even seemed confused. Then, after assembly my order that female team member jumped onto the cash register for 1 customer before heading back to assembling food. Management, train your staff and do better!
My first and last time here. Ordered ahead by 20mins, online. Still ended up waiting another 20mins for food to be done and I only had 2 bagel sandwiches. And to top it off the bagel sandwiches had a tiny sliver of bacon and a very thin egg. $7 where? So disappointed and do not recommend! I will not be back!
We usually get good bagels from them but this time around the experience was not so good, the server said that the bagel is never toasted with butter, when I said that I order it every single time, he was getting irritated and then gave this burnt bagel which I opened only later.
Customer service was good. Timing exceptional=Fast&Friendly. Only complaint is I ordered: one Farmhouse with one egg and a bacon&cheddar on a French toast bagel. Whelp, they forgot the most important part, the main protein,my bacon. So, my cheddar and egg on French toast bagel was good. The farmhouse was exceptional and prepared perfectly.
I tried to find a breakfast I wanted on the menu but all the sandwiches included eggs, which I don’t eat. No problem, she said, she could leave the eggs off. So I ordered a Farmhouse. Drove to my destination a mile or two away, and opened my sandwich, which was cold, with plenty of egg and swimming in mayo. Gross. No salvaging it, just throwing $7 in the trash can. I might understand if they were busy, but we were the only customers in the store.
I placed an app order, upon arriving I checked the "order ahead" area and unfortunately the food was not ready they were super busy. I waited in line and upon getting to the front the older gentleman explained that they ran out of the bagels I ordered, made some fresh and they were just about ready. Awesome!!!! I did have to wait a tad bit longer but the food was fresh and delicious! You definitely can not predict when a place will be busy, they handled everything with kindness and speed. Would have given 5 stars but I did place the order in advance because I was in a rush and had a sleeping baby with me.
