This place best Coffee I have ever had. Very clean and organized and the workers are very kind and hard working. Shout out to the Guy with the black mask and glasses. Always makes my day as well to my family,very funny, kind, hardworking, gentle, an absolute Unit. Such a Hansome Stud keep up the Great work.
Rude staff unless you give them money. It is sad to see this tipping expectation expanding instead of ending. All well I will just stick to bigger chains that pay the employees themselves instead of the expectation of the customer paying them. I did think it was funny it says no soliciting on the door but then they solicit for tips inside. They need a sign that says not outside solicitation.
Stopped her after being at the hospital with my daughter this morning so we could get some food in her stomach and the crabby lady taking our order couldn't have been any more rude. When somebody steps up to the counter a hello goes a long way. She literally in a grumpy voice said what do you want..... really. Then there was a gentleman waiting on an online order and she rolled her eyes and asked are you even at the right place. Not 10 seconds after he left she said oh here is his order it didn't get entered. Maybe she drink one of the many coffees they offer and get an attitude change.
I was not even welcomed in, though I gave 3 stars because I was at least treated with respect… I completed my order and was told American’s don’t understand the concept of time. I was then told that they were closed, the doors were locked, and the staff was going to escort me out of there. Here’s the kicker, it was 2:04 a whopping FOUR minutes after closing and they locked me INSIDE the building. Human decency is free!
They have the best bagels! I wish the girl at the register was a little more friendly. I had one double egg and bacon on plain bagel.
Looking to breakfast, this is it. Bagel sandwiches are delicious, staff is friendly.
Average. I used to enjoy Einstein's Bagels and haven't been there in years. Our recent stop for breakfast was pretty average. Kids had toasted bagels with shmear and I had a breakfast sandwich. Meh.
My order was wrong. I asked for sausage instead of bacon, and they just didn't put any meat on it at all. Hot coffee wasn't working, so we got cold coffee and it is extremely flavorless like there is no coffee in it at all. We are traveling and can't turn around to get it fixed unfortunately.
Einstein Bros. makes the best bagels!!! A huge selection of different bagels, many different flavors of cream cheese shmear, all so delicious!!! I have been eating here for as long as I can remember, and I have passed that on to my son now too. We actually drive 2 towns away just for some bagels!!!
Always great customer service, friendly, helpful when you have questions, receive your food in a decent amount of time around 5 to 6 a.m I dont know about later in the day. Also clean bathrooms! very good period.!!!
