This place is fun! They have a good selection of local craft beers and some classic arcade games. The music was great, and the atmosphere and decor were on par. Try this place out!
Nice place. I am glad to see so many who are nostalgic about the 1980s. There are good arcade machines to play, and a surprisingly decent beer selection. The only issue is that they need to turn the music volume down a bit on weekends; it is sometimes so loud that you cannot even talk to the person next to you without shouting directly in their ear. The general acoustics of the place are partly to blame for that issue.

I am very pleased with my time after visiting this specific bar, I feel at both full peace, ease, and complete comfort. Arcade bar, well, I love arcade games since as a 90 kid. including a delicious artsy cocktail drink to follow. Yes, I am down for some fun and enjoyment of delicious cocktails and friendly establishment of polite and professional staff. I am very satisfied with my experience with my first time being to Saint John New Brunswick. Never ordered food at this location, so I can not place any review for food. Drinks were awesome, though, and music was a great and warm atmosphere.

Great place to grab a beer. We had a good experience going there. The arcade concept is realy fun. Arcade are free to play and the music match the retro time The. Staff is super chill. Comme after 23h if you wanna see the place full.
I always have a blast here! Whether we're meant to or not, I always wond up finding a spot and making it my personal dance floor because the soundtrack is always bangin'. The drinks are delicious, the atmosphere is pure fun and nostalgia, and the skee ball to wind up the night was a total blast. Unlike many other spots when I go out for a fun night, I don't feel old here. It appeals to a wide age range and a vast array of patrons, and I love that! Thanks for always being my favourite pitstop in The John!
It was quite good, they have several arcades and they work well. I liked hanging out but he is not very good at talking the music is quite loud
We had an amazing time in this place! There is no cover charge and the games are free if you buy a drink. Bartender was super nice. They have lots of vintage games and they play 80s and 90s music.
If your not ready to go hard on the dance floor but still want to listen to some awesome music with a chill vibe, Eighty Three Bar Arcade would be perfect. It was a great way to start the night off and you get to play some pretty cool arcade games.Food: 3/5
