I visited Eggstatic couple of weeks ago with a friend of mine. We both absolutely loved the experience! The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. It is 100% halaal. I ordered Spicy Nashville Benedict and Mango Strawberry Lemonade . My friend ordered Kafta Croissant and Karak Tea . We both enjoyed it so much and it was so delicious!!nnThe vibe of the restaurant was cozy, and the staff were friendly and attentive throughout. Even though it was a bit busy weekend when we visited, everything ran smoothly, and I didn’t feel rushed at all.nnThe only downside was that our table was right by the entrance, and each time the door opened, a strong gust of cold air would blow in, which made it a bit uncomfortable. We kindly asked Annie, a staff member, if we could move to another table. Unfortunately, the other tables were reserved hence we had to remain where we were . To make up for the inconvenience, Annie kindly let us know that the drinks were on the house — which we really appreciated!nnDespite the seating issue, the staff were friendly and the service was thoughtful. The cozy vibe and quality of food still made it a great experience overall. Looking forward to coming back to the Scarborough location and trying out those yummy Pancakes!!nnIf you’re into unique breakfast and brunch options with a Middle Eastern twist, this spot is a must-try in Toronto. Highly recommend!!
Came here for brunch with some friends and it was honestly one of the best experiences I’ve had! The portions are big, everything was so tasty, and my halloumi and olives Benedict was amazing. Hassan, our server, was super sweet and really made sure we were taken care of. The whole vibe was friendly and welcoming, I absolutely loved it here and I’ll definitely be coming back!
Great halal breakfast restaurant. Ate outside & very satisfied of the food. I come back every year somehow wit my friends. Will try some of the other options on the menu if I come back soon!
Worth the hype! Every dish was stellar. Great tasting food and big portions. The standouts were the Cilbir Eggs with Spicy Potatoes, Nashville Benny and the Mango Strawberry Lemonade. Service was a big understaffed but the food came out fast and they were pretty accommodating. Looking forward to trying more soon!
I rather enjoyed this - I had the spicy chicken Benedict. It wasn't too spicy and the food came out hot - the home fries were hot and had just the right amount of crunch p.s their washroom was clean and welcoming but you do have to walk down stairs to get to it.nnI cleared my plate - will definitely come back
