I know nothing about web design and development but was tasked with doing a company to revamp our current website with a new look and feel. My website was a Covid project. I had an idea for my website for a few years but not knowing where to start, I just kept putting it on the backburner. When the pandemic hit and my social life was altered, I enrolled in some web designing tutorials so I could design my own website but felt completely out of my element. I searched for a Canadian web designer who I felt could best guide me through the unwritten rules of web development for a Canadian business and Baldo at Eggs Media did not disappoint! We had regular collaboration meetings where he helped me suss out what I was looking for and how to best display that in a website. His attention to detail and gentle advice was exactly what I needed. He was able to “read my mind” at times to make an amazing website. I realized during this project, that each website design is unique and there is nothing that Baldo and his team can not do, or problem solve. He was able to understand my issues even when I lacked the technical vocabulary to explain it myself. He never grew tired of my questions and always treated me with professional courtesy.
