Eggcitement Bistro

I absolutely loved this spot! The food was delicious. Bacon was crispy to perfection! The scrambled eggs were amazing too and I definitely am writing home about the home fries. The walls are colourful and beautiful and the atmosphere is just a great breath of fresh air on a beautiful sunny morning. Definitely try it if you’re thinking about it!

Customer service personnel who was very good at explaining the menu and great suggestions to choose. Eggs Benedict was fabulous. Loved the quaint small bright decor of the restaurant..Definitely will go back. Homemade sausage. Food: 5/5

Excellent menu selections! Good prices! Wonderful service! We went here for Saturday morning breakfast and we were not disappointed! We had eggs benedict with peameal, eggs benedict with sausage and a breakfast poutine! Everything was so yummy...I highly recommend Eggcitement when you are in Meaford!

Cozy place to get breakfast. The food was amazing and the restaurant environment is unique. Would definitely come again.

hashbrowns were either freezer burnt or reheated from the previous day, incredibly dry and tough, 3 eggs over easy ended up being one egg over hard, one broken yolk over hard, and one somewhere inbetween hard and easy, bacon was dry and thin causing in to shattered on contact with forkassumimg either over cooked or too much time with a heat lamp, sausage actually wasnt bad, price for this meal was 16$ before tax and tip, could have had the same meal at A&W for under 9$ taxes in and everything would have atleast been fresh. Ended my experience by leaving a 5$ on the table before getting up to pay and the cashier put the change from that transaction in the their tip jar without asking me first, if you enjoy anything Ive listed above feel free to eat here, but I wouldn't recommend or return.

Tasty food. I tried out the poutine and it was great. On top of the good portion of food it was cheap. Good prices good portion and good service. Overall would recommend this spot.

Looking for a little spot for breakfast or brunch? Great care taken in meal prep, cooking and presentation. Had the basic breakfast: eggs over easy, their housemade sausage and toast. Husband. Had eggs Benedict. Eggs cooked perfectly, homemade sausage yummy! Even my toast was just right and buttered to edges! We loved it!

Great tasting brunch, everything on the plate was delicious. Looking forward to eating here again. Haven't found comparable breakfast/brunch place that has such a great menu with such customization.

Fantastic stop in downtown Meaford for a quick, mouthwatering bite to eat when cycling Collingwood to Meaford. Unbelievable gluten free selection including pancakes and probably the best omelet we’ve ever had. Attentive and friendly service.
