After using on-line tax return services (H& R Block, Turbo-TAX, etc.) for 10 years, I looked at my measly $42. return and decided to try a professional. I went to our local EG Tax office on NFB and met with EG herself. She took another look at my taxes and found over $1,000. worth of deductions that the online software had missed. Then she asked for my other returns, fixed them, and requested refunds for those years, too! I will never use an online tax preparation service again. EG Tax is reasonable, honest and fast!.

My husband, John and I have been going to EG Tax for 3yrs now and the service has been wonderful. The staff are friendly and helpful. On one occasion we met Mrs. EG herself and found out that our tax consultant Tiffany was her daughter...how great is that!!! They are wonderful, helpful, friendly and are current on most of the tax laws in New York State. From our experience if one does not know the answer to a question there is someone in a surrounding cubicle that does. It is a very warm atmosphere where they do there BEST to help you with your taxes. Only one thing that is negative and that it is a small building and the parking can be atrocious at times, it would be nice to have more parking area and room. This is why I 4 starred it and did not give it a 5 star. Other than that it is a GREAT place to have your taxes done...they can turn your frown into a smile with the knowledge that they posses!

Went in for a free consultstoon, was given the wrong information and the guy was very rude I believe his name was Tim.
