Setting goals and achieving them was never a problem for me until.... I couldn't stick to anything! At first I was hesitant on trying EFT but I thought "what have I got to lose, nothing else is working?" It was so insightful and simple that I signed up to take the courses. I now use it regularly when I notice I'm not following through with my own goals and I use in my own coaching practice for my clients as well. Corby is easy to confide in, she explains things very well and she makes coaching sessions fun, so I look forward to them. I love that EFT is a technique that can be learned for use on ones own, so you never feel like you need to wait to talk to someone about your obstacles, you can deal with them immediately. Thank you Corby for being excellent at what you do and teaching me a method I didn't know existed!
