Doctor is very friendly. Explains everything before and after. I am 65 yrs. old and broke my femur above the knee almost two years ago. This happened on a Saturday and my orthopedist of choice was not on call. Dr. Efoé repaired my femur. His reputation, in my opinion, was not the best as far as no complications. Here we are almost 2 years later and now that covid has returned orthopedics to a bit of normalcy I was finally able to get an appointment with my orthopexist of choice. My femur has not healed. More tests are required to determin if it is due to an infection at the fracture cite or not. Options are available but could be long and complicated. Physical therapy did not help the situation of my knee. I need a knee replacement which has complicTed the whole story.
