Went to try Efendi 1st time at bayview n John with family. Had a terrific time with warm welcome n service by Laser, high quality food, excellent atmosphere. We ordered the assorted combo, spinach pide and others...So yummy...Will definition come back. Highly recommended to others who never try Turkish food.
Went for lunch for a party of two without reservation and was seated right away. The table they sat us on was adjacent to a big party ~14 people table which was not ideal because there was not enough space and the other patrons were into our table space when passing through. The staff ought to have asked to reseat us as there were plenty of available tables. The food was good.

I had such a great dining experience at Efendi. We ordered the spinach and cheese pide, çoban salad, and Adana kabob. They brought out hummus, haydari and their spicy mash on the house! The servers were so kind and the food was delicious. We finished off with some kunefe and tea, which was super warm and delicious. We live around the corner from this gem of a restaurant. We have been here for lunches and dinners and every time we leave extremely full and satisfied. The food is delicious and the service is great. We had Niusha as our server today and she was fantastic. This is our go to when we feel like Turkish food and coffee!!
