People really rave this place is the best Thai food in town but I have to disagreed. First let me tell you about the parking here is a hit or miss during any day of the week. I dislike restaurants that don’t have a dedicated parking lot. The pad Thai dish noodle is really sticky. Looks like they have boil the noodles way too long. Also the fried rice is like sticky fried rice. They only good thing is that the price and the portion is equal.
My friend and I came here for dinner the other night. I absolutely fell in love with the atmosphere and the decorations. The appetizers we ordered were phenomenal! I definitely recommend trying the spring rolls. In addition, the flavors on their main dishes are outstanding. I felt like everything was melting perfectly in my mouth! This is a great place to take your family or on a date!
Ordered the Pad Thai, BBQ Pork Spring Rolls, and Thai Iced Tea for take out. I’ve walked past EE-Sane often and have been meaning to get some food from here! The spring rolls were huge larger than my head and comes with 2. Portion of pad Thai was also large, I will be having leftovers. The Thai Iced Tea is the best I’ve had in Milwaukee, can tell it’s made in house. Staff was very kind and prepared my order in a timely manner.
First wanted to say, we've been coming here for 10+ years since going to college. We do not live near this side of town and specifically travel for their food. The food is unbeatable and flavorful. Saturday. We party of 2 placed our order at 240pm. Yum talay seafood salad, curry fried rice, duck curry and a coke. Not once did the server come back, talk to us, update us or see how we were doing during our wait. We finally got our salad at 356pm. I believe the cook came and apologized and said they were very busy. We received the rest of the food at 410pm. We left by 435pm. It's not a food issue forsure, just be prepared for a long wait time. I'll definitely opt to order take out next time vs a sit down meal.
I got the beef pad thai, level 5, and it was great! It is really spicy though, and I am really good with spicy level. I would say the spice level was more of a 7-8 in my opinion, so I would choose wisely!Recommended dishesPad Thai Noodles
The food was delicious. The service was very hospitable. It felt like being in Thailand. Very homey. I would come again. Alone or with friends, both works.Recommended dishesTom Kha Gai Hot Pot, Egg Noodle Soup with Wanton Beef and Shrimp Pho, Pad Thai Noodles
I’ve been coming here since 2009! Love it! Pad Thai, Pork Laab, crispy pad see u, sticky rice, chicken wings! Update: came here again to try Volcano duck & an absolute must try! Husband is obsessed.
Literally the best Thai food I have ever had. My whole family who hails from Asia absolutely love it, too. I've been coming here for a long time. The people who work here are so friendly as well! They always get our orders right, and our food always comes in a timely manner. PLEASE NOTE: They do "Asian spicy" here because it's an authentic restaurant, duh, so don't be upset if you specifically order spicy food and can't handle it.... Looking at you, white people... If you're white, I'd order a 2 or 3 on the spicy scale - trust me, that will be more than enough spice. For anyone who actually can handle their spice, well, the sky is the limit. My brother-in-law consistently orders a spice level of 15 here which would send most people straight to Dante's inferno. I get a 5 or 6 usually and I can handle my spice pretty well. Proceed with caution. For what it's worth, though, the food tastes amazing. Even if you order a dish that's too spicy, you'll want to keep eating through the pain because it's just that good. I usually go with the panang curry, but I've had several other [vegetarian] dishes and I've always been impressed by the complexity of flavors. Overall, 10/10. Vegetarian options: Lots of vegetarian / vegan options!
We live 30 minutes from there. All the dishes were extremely spices definitely more than a 8 or 9 , when we ordered a 3. the curry was loaded with peppers and the pork fried rice had a bunch of black char in it making the Togo container and contents black colored.. pictured below. So disappointed .. hope they reopen soon and get back making the delicious food that I’m used to. We did call and talked with a staff member and she refunded our money. So appreciated that but was a hassle because then had to grab food from somewhere else.
The staff is so sweet and kind! I ordered take out for my birthday and had to wait a little bit for my food to be finished since I live close by. I was invited in and offered a tea free of charge. I chatted with the staff and learned they’ve been in Milwaukee for more than 30 years. The menu is huge so you’ll definitely find something you’ll like. FYI it is spicy! If you can’t handle spice just go for 0-2. I’m so happy I found this place and can’t wait to go back.
