Went for their soft opening meal giveaway. Staff seemed very friendly and food was delicious. Very saucy and fresh ingredients. They were taking cash donations to the food bank which was a great initiative for their opening. Wish more people donated. Will be returning soon!!
I was surprised, 1st tome trying this place I had chicken/Beef Yakisoba. It was good, never had that commercial fast food flavor. Sauce was more than enough and nice flavor. Price was fair , loved the large round noodles and plenty of meat too. Will definitely be trying more dushes there. Picture taken when I already started eating and almost forgot.

Got the sizzling shrimp meal today. It wasn't bad but half of my shrimp still had shells on it and seemed pretty over cooked. You also seem to get a lot less cabbage mix than you do at the Pickering mall location. However, I understand that newly opened establishments have a few hiccups at first before they get into the flow of things, so hopefully next time I'll enjoy it even more.
Was very disappointed with the portion and I didn't notice it until I got home. I usually go to the one know Pickering, but since the Ajax one is closer I changed location. This is my 4th visit to this location, never had that problem before.I think I will be going back to my old location. Update we went back February 17th portion was back to normal Thank you
Ordered the Opening Promo...it was delicious...the Teriyaki Sauce was so good. It came on the side and 3 scoops is more than enough. Vegetarian options: Lots of veggie options. Parking: Its in a mall so.plenty of parking.
I recently visited the new Edo Japan in Ajax Harwood Plaza and I have to say the place is bright, clean and inviting. The staff is very friendly and polite and the food is steaming hot, fresh and tasty. They sell the bowls at a great price point for lunch, as I paid $12.99 + tax for sukiyaki beef with rice and veggies. I wanted add the gyoza or spring rolls but I didn't want to blow the budget LOL. Overall a great experience and I will gladly return for lunch again.
Great customer service and clean location! Rating it a 4 because for the price, you should get more chicken, the ratio to rice doesn’t balance. I also was disappointed that I ordered 2 adult meals and 1 kid meal and wasn’t offered their Sunday deal which was cheaper than what I paid AND included an extra kids meal. That would have been nice. Food was delicious.
This team has been busy and has really worked hard in taking orders. I had an issue with an order but they were very professional and handled the situation very well. I will continue coming back here!Food: 5/5
Got a bad experience from this place today.. Asked for teriyaki chicken and the woman at the front passed it off as it's the same thing... I insisted it wasn't but again the same thing answer...I understand it's near closing time but consistency is important in any business.Food: 1/5
