After coming in to my scheduled appointment I had forgotten to fill out a form that had taken less than a minute to fill out but was told to take a new ticket and wait although we had a scheduled appointment. The lady sitting in C10 was so disrespectful was barely even doing her job she was just talking to people behind her.nnNext time I scheduled an appointment days in advance I expect to not have to wait 45 minutes for assistance.
Edmonton Tower is a great addition to downtown. It’s only a couple of years old so it’s still shiny and new. There is public underground parking and washrooms. As the name suggests this buildings main tenant is the City of Edmonton so the city has centralized the majority of their services here. There is easy access for all people and on staff concierge. Always kept clean and tidy. I knew this location when it was still a Staples store so I watched it being built from when the foundation was laid till its completion.
I went to Edmonton Tower to get my bus pass and spoke with the security guard at the desk. His behaviour was very good and he was very professional. After I was done, he even helped me by calling a cab because I was lost in downtown. He was very kind and helpful. His name is Balkar. I really liked his nature and the way he treated people. Great experience overall.
Brand new building buit by PCL Builders. It is lease to CITY OF EDMONTON, several food stores as well, huge public underground parking, covid 19 guide lines is in place at the moment.Upon losing my wallet in City Transit I still got it back through good Samaritan to very kind EDMONTON city transit operater to Lost and Found office.HONESTY is always alive through people of EDMONTON
It's the city of Edmonton Tower, you can go there when you got stuff with the city to deal with. Edmonton Transit and the cities lost and found is in this building as well.
