Edmonton Police Service - West Division

The lack of consideration and professionalism by EPS officers is extremely concerning. The shocking disrespect I was given at this station speaks volumes about their willingness to serve the public who pay their salaries. I have reservations about EPS's ability to perform minor duties and serve the public and would sooner take matters into my own hands in the future than rely on their assistance. I hope that one day, I will be able to trust the police in this city again, but it's obvious that there is a culture of apathy amongst officers and its effect on the city's crime rate and poor response times is plain for all to see.

One of the officers who came to "help" was clearly having a bad day. He was very rude and only making things worse. You officers are unworthy of those badges.

2 liars reported someone for trying to protect someone that was going to go out into the -20c cold in summer ware. My helpful family member was trying to protect the person, they lied being racists against my family member and he got charged with very minor things. The police tortured him, he has bruising from prolonged hand cuffs, the charges were not serious at all and non-violent. My family member just got out of surgery the same day. They would not let him return to the hospital, they chained him to the wall for asking for water. They also put him in a cell with no toilet for 4 hours chained to a wall. Wouldn't let him have medical attention, no nothing. Thats the nice part the really bad part is they chained him with a violent criminal that kept head butting him in the face. Again my family member was non violent trying to be helpful to a stranger. He was so nice he helped the violent criminal remove his head netting with his teeth so the violent criminal could breath easier. All on camera.
