We had Krystal as an instructor for the weekend First Aid class October 22&23. She was great! Krystal used a combination of teaching techniques to keep us engaged: visual illustration, fun group work, practical experience with a partner and etc. She was mega energetic facilitator with great ability to cover all topics. Will take this course with her anytime! Thank you!

I finished my recertification today with Krystal. She is the most pleasant instructor. She was very welcoming, insightful, and interesting. I will 100% keep coming to this course through her for as long as she keeps offering it. Thank you, Krystal for a insightful and wonderful day of training.
Krystal was an excellent instructor; she made the two days go very quickly, and kept us engaged. Lots of great information and presented in a way to help us remember in true times of emergency.

Our instructor Brent was great! I felt very comfortable in this class and he made sure to keep the class engaged and having a good time. For having to spend a weekend in a first aid class, it was not as dreadful as I thought it would be. I enjoyed it! The only reason I don’t give it 5 stars is because it seems management isn’t very good at communicating with the instructors and make it disorganized. Brent and his partner were great with accommodating the class though.
Was absolutely dreading this course but the instructor Brent is awesome. He kept things super light and made a lot of jokes and kept everyone interested. Probably the first safety course I’ve ever taken that I can honestly say i enjoyed .
Krystal was an amazing instructor. Very informative, professional while being fun and truly passionate towards her field. Makes learning enjoyable when she does it, however it would be nice to have a bigger space/class for demonstrations, student practices and for a hardworking instructor like Krystal to teach more students at a time, to give her a chance to teach more than just a first aid course.
I was too busy after the class to comment. My instructor was Krystal. She is very experienced! Also I asked her some additional questions after the class and she was very patient and thorough in answering them for me. Thank you so much Krystal!!!
