New name options are horrible.

Every time I go to the Eskimos ticket office the staff are so nice, and very helpful. It's so much better to get your single game tickets ahead of game day and buy them there. They also have a huge selection of Eskimos gear at reasonable prices!

Done with this organization ! Won't be getting season tickets from now on.

We have been season ticket holders with a minimum of 2 tickets most years with 4 tickets and I called to cancel our season tickets but i never received a call back.  Bad customer service.

Third straight game,where one of my season tickets does not scan.Have talked to customer service after each game and was assured that there would be no problems.This is getting downright annoying.

A great football club with a lot of heart.

Was here for the Grey Cup. Awesome event but horrible stadium. Took us 45 minutes to walk through the corner of the stadium to our seats. No staff to guide traffic, no staff to be seen anywhere. The beer lines also go into the flow of traffic. Lots of flaws in how things are done here. Won't be back
