Just amazing! A very self-sustainable building! Almost looks like a greenhouse house. Has so many species of plants and flowers on the top levels and walls. Has amazing views of the river valley!
We were here for a large convention, and I was very impressed with this facility. I would rate it as world-class. The design is very engaging, and the views of the river valley are beautiful. There are multiple levels, each with their own support systems, so if there are multiple conventions, they would have minimal overlap. The common areas are well designed to provide a welcoming ambiance. The only bad part is that the glass entrance can get warm during hot sunny days.
We always enjoy any events we’ve attended at the Edmonton Convention Centre. This past one again was very well organized and I must say our waiter Chris went above and beyond to serve and accommodate us and all the tables that he served. He was so extremely friendly and attentive to our needs as guests, he made our breakfast a delightful experience. The buffet breakfast was stunning with such a beautiful array of items to choose from. As someone avoiding too many sweets and carbs there were still great options to choose from of proteins and other healthy choices. Coffee and tea was served liberally at each table. The only issue I’d say is not the issue of the convention centre but of of course downtown parking. Just be prepared by having the Honk mobile ap on your phone and you should be able to find nearby parking. We got a spot right next door at the Marriott Hotel, but there was availability, I’m guessing because of our very early breakfast event. The convention center is easily accessible as well with elevators and flat entrance to the building. An overall wonderful experience and don’t miss out getting your expansive river valley photos from the massive glass windows facing the river!

We just finished a conversation here with the World Financial Group and had an awesome experience. The presentation venue met all the audio and video needs with the food venue right beside. I had a wonderful experience here.nThe numerous screens made watching the presentations easy.
