Spencer was so kind, helpful, and professional. Excellent at multitasking and handling concerns and questions from many people all at once while staying calm and focused. Made my day, especially after an accident!
We had a wonderful experience. The process was handled efficiently and smoothly, thanks to Malavika’s professionalism and dedication. She was extremely helpful, guiding us through every step and assisting us whenever we faced difficulties. She went above and beyond, ensuring everything was completed properly while supporting others as well.
The staff here are wonderful. There were probably 50 people waiting while I was here on a snowy night before closing and only three staff but they were so organized and helpful that everyone was able to log their vehicle damages quickly.
As much as it sucked to be here 3 times in the last month for other family members and all not at fault, we were expertly guided through by Zane in as quickly a time period as possible. His other colleagues were also quick to gather information and move us through. I never want to have to come back but if you do need to write a report, this is the place to go.
Poor experience. You need to wait outside for a staff member to take pictures of your car. Definitely slows things down when there’s only one person taking pictures. They were nice though.nnInside, once you get pictures taken, you have to fill information out on a kiosk with a touchscreen. It was so unintuitive, both I and everyone around me were confused and needed assistance.nnThere are required answers to things that don’t apply to every situation. The screens are buggy, slow and sometimes unresponsive. There’s a whole “draw a diagram” step which I spent 10 minutes on trying to put icons of cars in the right place etc, then one of the employees happened to walk by and say “oh you don’t need to do that” and skips it to the next section. How is anyone supposed to know that?nnThe staff members inside are overwhelmed and can’t help everybody at once, so people end up just standing around waiting for help.nnThe whole experience needs improvement.
