In response to your comments, and please be advised that your client has been emailed with the same information: 1 - Attached you have the booking that you made online, and as you can see, is no mention of the wheelchair, nor the need for a wheelchair access van. 2 - In addition, your client had about 7 check-in bags and several carry-ons, your reservation states 3 check-in and 3 carry-ons [see attached pictures]. However, you have 2 option for the return transfer: 1 - Cancel for a refund, or 2 - We can adjust the reservation/vehicle according to the amount of luggage and the need for a wheelchair access van.
