About LOFT Kitchen is the heart of the LOFT YCSEI providing a gathering place for the community and a hub for youth entrepreneurs Story LOFT Kitchen will be the heart of the LOFT Youth Centre for Social Enterprise and Innovation, providing a gathering place for the community and a hub for aspiring social entrepreneurs. Serving healthy, delicious food and drinks, the cafe emphasizes the importance of local food. LOFT Kitchen will also be home to a boutique, selling Under The Radar designs and Sound Studio releases, as well as an art gallery. Through events, meetings and livestreaming from social enterprises around the globe, LOFT Kitchen will have an atmosphere of collaboration. With this range of activities housed in LOFT Kitchen, a multitude of training and employment opportunities for youth are available; food preparation, customer service, art curation, marketing and event planning will be handled by youth employees at LOFT YCSEI, helping those facing employment barriers to gain valuable, marketable skills.
