About Caring for your best friend since 1981 Story Richmond veterinarian Dr. Michael Charach established our hospital in 1981 and has been helping dogs, cats and their owners through preventative, curative and emergency veterinary procedures. This year, Dr. Hsuan-hui Wendy Wang has joined the practice with a special interested in acupuncture. She is also one of the few Mandarin speaking veterinarians in Richmond. Caring for pets is the life’s work of the professionals at Garden City Veterinary Hospital. Whether it’s a puppy, kitten, adult or geriatric, reptile, avian or exotic pet, we take pride in giving your pet the best treatment possible.
