About A community service organization providing support, resources and education that strengthen families and promote the optimal development of children. Story Welcome to the Caledon Parent-Child Centre, an EarlyON Centre. We are a non-profit charitable corporation dedicated to providing support, resources and education for families, children and caregivers in Caledon. Our ultimate goal is to promote the best possible start for children by: 1.Delivering programs designed to help children achieve optimal cognitive, physical, emotional and social development 2.Providing support, education and referral services for their families and caregivers. A variety of theories, opinions and info may be shared through our communications. These views and opinions do not constitute an endorsement by the CPCC. To target any under-serviced groups of parents and caregivers and develop programs to meet their identified needs. To ensure that our services are fully accessible to the community.
