Items can be exchanged or returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase, provided the item is in new condition and its original packaging.  Financed items which are returned are subject to an administration fee.

Long & McQuade is the place to rent, whether it's for a day, a week, a month or more. Think of us for parties, weddings, weekend gigs or sporting events.  Renting is a great option if you only need the product for a short time or you'd like to try an instrument out before buying it.
