About Cafe Open Monday to Friday 8:00 am - 2:00 pm full breakfast and lunch all day Mission By providing residence’s of our community with culinary training, certification and supportive work placements, H.A.V.E. aims to eliminate the experience of social isolation associated with unemployment in Vancouver’s Downtown Eastside community while increasing self-confidence and access to employment for those who have been excluded from meaningful work.
