Ruined all my windows doing a ceramic coating and then when I called to say there was a serious issue with the service the owner started talking about how someone could put a gun to his head and he isn’t afraid of no one, avoid this detailer if you are looking for accountability, integrity and service. Anyone who has had a similar experience please email me as I am filing a small claims lawsuit due to the fact my windows were all but destroyed in a new car. No accountability and when asked if had indemnity insurance to cover obviously botched jobs got yelled at over the phone. Don’t bring your car anywhere near this shop.
