About Ice cream from scratch made with either local farm fresh ingredients or Asian flavours. Made in small batches in Ottawa, ON. Story After three years of developing ice cream in my own kitchen, I'm proud to introduce a unique selection of ice cream flavours not found anywhere else in Ottawa. Moo Shu Ice Cream uses predominantly Asian flavours to craft small-batch ice cream from scratch. We are also serving Cantonese-inspired lunches Wednesdays to Sundays.
