About Toronto's Finest Deli Homemade, Family Run Established 1970 Story At Katz’s Deli and Corned Beef Emporium, we don’t serve food that comes from a box. We are passionate about serving fresh food, made from scratch, prepared right here on the premises. All of our products are made with love using the finest ingredients. We first opened our doors in 1970, with a 36-seat restaurant, located across the street from our current location. We now work in a beautiful, unique, award-winning 300-seat restaurant. The local community has been incredibly supportive and has grown around us. After being in business for more than 46 years and four generations strong, Katz’s Deli is a Toronto institution.
