The Metropolitan Theatre Cooperative Society (Metro Theatre) is a non-profit theatre company in Vancouver, BC, Canada.

Now in our 56th season, Metro Theatre has produced more than 500 shows, including nearly 50 musicals. Metro has  307 seats and puts on six shows plus a Christmas Pantomime each season.

Metro Theatre is wheelchair accessible and provides assisted listening devices upon request. And don’t forget the Metro Lounge, where the cast and crew tend to meet up after each show – there’s always a crowd gathering to celebrate local talent.
