About Barb's Pasties and Pizza Story Barb's Pasties and Pizza, also called Barb's Copper Country Kitchen, features pasties using a family recipe and pizzas using only fresh, handmade ingredients. A Michigan creation, pasties are served in three varieties: beef, chicken and vegetable, with optional beef or chicken gravy. Pizzas range from a small (six slices) to "Super Large" (14 slices) round pies, or a 15-piece square. We also offer catering services.
