Which is only natural given the many years of experience owner and chef Art Akarapanich brings to Anna. The Anna name is, of course, inspired by Anna Leonowens the redoubtable English woman who served as tutor to the Thai King Mongut's dozens of children over a hundred years ago. Anna's superb cuisine is matched by the subtle decor. The restaurant has an almost Mediterranean feel the warmth of which compliments the spicier dishes. Owner Art has also assembled a good selection of wines and a number of imported beers which beautifully balance the cuisine. This is authentic Thai cooking at its finest.
