About The Reh-Fit Centre's mission is to enhance the health and well-being of our members and the community by providing innovative health and wellness services. Story The Reh-Fit is Canada's first certified medical fitness facility, which makes it different from a commercial fitness centre. The difference positions it as a valuable asset to the community in several ways. Our medical professionals, including a Medical Advisor, and our credentialed staff use the results of each member’s health screening and fitness assessment — a unique personal profile — to design an exercise program that encourages a lifetime commitment to fitness and health. We also collaborate with several health care organizations, which allows us to provide a wide range of health & fitness programming and services. Our overall monitoring and supervision create a feeling of support and encouragement when needed, whether you are just starting an exercise program, suffering from a chronic disease, recovering from surgery, taking part in our Cardiac Rehabilitation Program, or fine-tuning your athletic training program. The Reh-Fit reinvests its earnings back into the Centre to better serve the community.
