About The Rousseau House is a heritage home, previously owned by famous painter Frank Panabaker. It was restored in 1997 as a restaurant, and opened for business in 1999. Story We offer a tapas/lounge menu which is a more casual menu offered from 11:00 a.m until closing. The fine dining dinner menu is offered from 5:00 p.m until 9:30 p.m. We also offer a lovely brunch menu on Saturday and Sunday from 11:00 a.m until 2:00 p.m. Come join us for TAPAS TUESDAYS for $5 tapas items from 4:00:9:00.
