About Authentic homemade Italian gelato, using fresh, natural ingredients. Our mission is to provide the highest quality, authentic Italian experience! Story At Pure Gelato we make authentic Italian gelato using only the freshest, all natural ingredients. We follow traditional artisan recipes and import our pastes and concentrates straight from Italy. Our gelato is low in fat (4-6% MF) but just as smooth and creamy as other premium ice creams with higher fat contents (18-24% MF). We also offer vegan and gluten free options. All our flavours are made daily right here in the store! Our gelato artist was trained in Italy and has been making gelato for more than 20 years. If a frozen treat isn't your thing, stop by and try our sweet or savoury crepes, and our delicious pastries and chocolates. Or grab a delicious coffee and Italian panini for lunch. We are very excited to announce the opening of our newest location in The Glebe- serving up Illy coffee, our famous gelato and crepes as well as delicious and fresh baked goodies!
