Our 30 minute sessions are perfect for those who have a busy lifestyle or want a quick workout. FitCamp Express offers a 30 minute workout suited for all fitness levels. No need to wait for a class anymore. Come in anytime we are open for a quick but intense workout that is guaranteed to challenge you! How does it work? We preset 9 stations of full body workouts. You send 3 minutes on each station before a one minute break to switch stations.
