About We're making it easy to see what's on the menu and which creative drinks we have got stirring up!! Story Homemade ORGANIC Vegetarian Fare!! BREAKFAST SERVED 7:30-11am daily (Sunday 8:00-11) We bake all our own breads, use organic eggs, local & organic produce, & specialize in vegan & no gluten ingredient meals LUNCH SERVED 11:30-3pm daily healthy soups, casseroles, wraps, sandwiches, salads & amazing creative specials made with local & organic produce DESSERT check out our display case or ask to see our cake list to order a whole, baked from scratch, delicious cake! The cafe uses Island Farm milk in our specialty coffees. Organic Avalon milk is available upon request.
