About MHA of Dutchess County envisions a just, humane and healthy community in which every individual is treated with dignity and respect and where comprehensive mental health services of the highest quality are available and accessible to all. Story Mental Health America of Dutchess County grew out the Dutchess County Society for Mental Health, a small group of caring citizens who incorporated in 1954. We offer programs of Case Management, Community Education, Recovery & Rehabilitation Services, Homeless Services, and Family Support & Advocacy to Dutchess County residents. Mission Mental Health America of Dutchess County is a voluntary, not-for-profit organization dedicated to the promotion of mental health, the prevention of mental illness and the improved care and treatment of persons with mental illnesses.
