About We provide high quality home renovations and new home construction within Cape Breton. Story Family Run for Over 40 Years M. M. MacDonald Construction Ltd started up business in Cape Breton in 1977. Our business has been family owned and operated from the start. We opened M. M. MacDonald Construction Ltd because we wanted to provide high quality workmanship to the people of Cape Breton. We simply started with building one house and worked our way up from there. A Growing Business Over a decade ago, we have branched out to do work for the provincial government while still maintaining quality construction for all residential projects. We provide roofing, blown-in insulation services and foundation building, along with all other new home and renovation needs. We look forward to expanding our business and we continue to do what we do best: deliver excellent service from experienced workers.
