About Small, family owned bakery baking artisan bread in a wood fired brick oven. Story MillStone Bread is a small, family owned bakery located behind Victoria Hall in beautiful Cobourg, Ontario. We bake bread in our wood fired brick oven that was built by Owner and Head Baker, Doug Lawrence. We specialize in European style, artisan bread and have a rotating schedule of breads, all baked fresh daily. A variety of delicious desserts including cookies, bars, pies, cakes are also available.
