About We provide a supportive and positive learning experience in which members are empowered to develop communication and leadership skills. Story Toastmasters is a non-profit organization that provides a supportive and positive learning experience where members can present speeches, give and receive evaluations for improvement, and practice impromptu speaking. The club meets weekly from 1:30 PM to 3:00 PM on Sundays in the 2nd floor conference room of the White Rock Library. Guests are welcome! Mission We empower individuals to become more effective communicators and leaders.
