Story The Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA) Alberta South Region (Lethbridge) works to support individuals and families impacted by mental illness and addiction through Housing, Outreach, Peer Support and Education (HOPE). CMHA Alberta South Region (Lethbridge) is a non-profit charitable organization that has been offering mental health services in Southern Alberta since 1965. We believe in supporting individuals, groups and communities in increasing and enhancing their mental wellness. We have accomplished this through provision of public and professional education, social action, advocacy and direct service delivery. CMHA Alberta South Region offers a comprehensive range of mental health services to support the local community.
