About After over 13 years at our original location, we are happy to announce we have moved into a larger facility, extended our hours and are open 7 days a week! Story We are a Pacific Northwest premier steak & seafood house established in Lacey, Washington in 2003. Ricardo’s serves top grade ingredients from local vendors including custom dry aged beef.
